Individual in-Person Therapy (Ages 3-12)

Individual in-person therapy with a focus on ages 3 years old to 12 years old. Individual therapy focuses on behavior reduction and an increase in overall functioning through the implementation of coping skills and emotional regulation. Parents are involved in the process of developing new skills for child success and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Individual Virtual Therapy (Young Adults)

Individual support via virtual sessions to enhance essential skills and concrete strategies to champion for individuals struggling with launching into the independence of adulthood. Navigating the challenges of young adulthood to include living independently, seeking a career change or looking for employment, and managing relationship demands and expectations. Launching into the next phase of life can be daunting in regard to relationships, career, and living demands.
